Revenue Management

The Apex CloudLab has an optional Insurance Verification module which will automatically check to confirm that patient has current eligibility on insurance provided. Lab orders which fail eligibility verification are placed into a manual processing queue.

The Revenue Management module provides full support for self-pay including credit card and cash processing. The LIS includes a complete set of revenue analysis tools which provide reports based on: analyzer, Client, provider and technician.

CloudLab has an optional Insurance Claims management subsystem that scrubs claims then submits as 837 claims to a claims clearinghouse. When 835 payments are received it automatically updates ledger. A complete set of tools are provided to ensure maximum collections.
