Apex subscription fee is 25 cents per Toxicology report. There is a $350 minimum monthly subscription portal hosting fee which provides unrestricted usage and 24x7 technical support.

There is an intial deploy fee of $1500 to setup your custom order form and report layout. There are no other startup fees. You can cancel subscription at any time.

Customizable Workflow

The Apex LIMS provides you with complete control of all processing steps. The Case Management Console allows you easily see all open orders and status of each step in required workflow. Case manager can easily and quickly modify workflow requirements as needed.

Report Preparation

Apex's CloudTox Lab provides unparalled flexibility and support for the preparation of Results Report. An easy to use rules module lets you quickly define cut-off rules and results translations. Complete support is provided for managing high volume analyzers with large specimen trays. Specialized modules support accurate and simple procedures for quickly processing and releasing large volumes of test results. A set of Revenue Cycle Management tools support the implmentation rule specifying what billing codes to use for each lab order. Toxicology reports are automatically available on web portal and announced to client via fax, text and/or email.

In-house or Cloud Deployment

Practice can choose in-house or cloud version. The Apex Laboratory Information Management System (LIS / LIMS) is a rules-based system which means it can easily configured to meet your practice and lab workflow requirements.

Apex's CloudTox Lab is hosted in Microsoft's Azure cloud and complies with all applicable: CLIA, HIPAA and PHI regulations. Full CLIA compliance suite is included to ensure regulatory compliance.

Multi-lingual Orders & Reports

Apex provides support for multiple languages in both the order entry processing and report generation. There is a minor one-time fee for each additional language.

Director IT: For the price it's really hard to beat. Anytime we have any issue we are able to get a tech on the phone and get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
