There is a $250 monthly web hosting fee which
includes unlimited users/clients/patients and 24x7 technical support. There is a usage fee of 50 cents per pathology report.
There is a one-time intial deploy fee of $1500 to setup your custom order form and report layout.
There are no other startup fees. You can cancel subscription at any time.

and status of each step in required workflow. Case manager can easily and quickly modify workflow requirements as needed.
Report Preparation
Apex's CloudPath Lab Pathology LIS provides unparalled flexibility and support for the preparation of a Pathology Report.
An easy to use template designer lets you quickly create templates for your common procedures.
Adding new sections or removing unneeded sections is easy. Our unique PathTalk feature converts speech into text in your report.
The application supports multiple contributors to the final report.
We can also automatically integrate the results from connected analyzers.
Pathology reports are automatically available on web portal and announced to client via fax, text and/or email.
In-house or Cloud Deployment
Practice can choose in-house or cloud version. The Apex LIMS is a rules-based system which means it can easily
configured to meet your practice and lab workflow requirements.
Apex's CloudPath Lab is hosted in Microsoft's Azure cloud and complies with all applicable: CLIA, HIPAA and PHI regulations.
Full CLIA compliance suite is included to ensure regulatory compliance.
Multi-lingual Orders & Reports
Apex provides support for multiple languages in both the order entry processing and report generation.
There is a minor one-time fee for each additional language.

Director IT: For the price it's really hard to beat. Anytime we have any issue we are able to get a tech on the phone and get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
When I was brought on as the IT Director, this app was the biggest open issue. After doing some testing I found that our ISP latency response time was extremely high
thus being the underlying issue with the app communicating with our cloud server. Called and had a discussion with Oscar,
