Apex's Cloud PathLab provides support for both anatomic and clinical pathology labs. Outstanding ability to configure workflow
between referring providers and collaborating pathologists. Easy-to-use report templates with built-in speech to text capability.
One-time setup fee is $1500 to setup web portal, order forms and result reports. Monthly hosting is $250 and usage fee is 50 cents per report.

QR codes simplify starting registration via smartphone/tablet at large collection centers. This app can collect insurance, picture of insurance card
and schedule appointments. Results can be uploaded from analyzer via CSV file and if ok released to 1000s of patients with one button click.
Result reports automatically available on web portal and announced to patient via text and/or email.
In-house or Cloud Deployment
Practice can choose in-house or cloud version. The Apex LIMS is a rules-based system which means it can easily
configured to meet your practice and lab workflow requirements.
Apex's LIS CloudPath Lab is hosted in Microsoft's Azure cloud and complies with all applicable: CLIA, HIPAA and PHI regulations.

Director IT: For the price it's really hard to beat. Anytime we have any issue we are able to get a tech on the phone and get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
When I was brought on as the IT Director, this app was the biggest open issue. After doing some testing I found that our ISP latency response time was extremely high
thus being the underlying issue with the app communicating with our cloud server. Called and had a discussion with Oscar,
