Support Services

Apex automatically includes Standard Support (8 AM to 6 PM Central Time Monday thru Friday except for national holidays) for the first year with all products.

Support is provided in subsequent years at 20% of purchase list price. Premium Support (8 AM to 8 PM every day) is also available at 30% of purchase list price.

Customers with an in-force Annual Support Agreement receive: upgrades at no charge (other than install labor), automated and secure off-site database daily backups. Customers are also able to switch same-category devices without having to buy a new Data Capture Module (customer is billed for installation labor).

Customers without an in-force support agreement (or ones calling after hours) are able to access support at Apex’s standard labor rate with a minimum charge of one hour.
